Following reports of vehicle break-ins and thefts on Irvine Drive, I visited residents on the road this evening to discuss concerns with them. I’ll be back tomorrow speaking to those residents who I couldn’t call on this evening (because it got too late).
I’ve also been in touch with the police who are actively investigating this.
I’ll be contacting Rushmoor’s Community Safety Team to see if we can get some more patrols in the area but I know that one of the biggest issues sadly facing the police at the moment is lack of police/PCSOs.
